BounceBack

Are you feeling low, stressed, worried or anxious? BounceBack can help! Whether your symptoms have been brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic or other significant life events (e.g., a new baby, financial insecurity, chronic illness), BounceBack can help you learn practical skills to manage your symptoms and improve your mental health.

BounceBack is a free program from the Canadian Mental Health Association. Once signed up, adults and youth aged 15 and up gain access to cognitive behavioural therapy-based workbooks and a trained coach, all from the comfort of home.

To learn more, visit: bouncebackontario.ca And check out our latest digital resources, including handouts for: new parents, youth, caregivers, individuals experiencing chronic pain, and more.

If you are based outside Ontario, please visit cmha.ca/bounceback and you will be directed to your regional site.
